Rainbow Bridge is absolutely extraordinary!!! Rainbow Bridge gave our family the most beautiful sendoff for our little cat Rosie, a true member of our family for almost 18 years. Rainbow Bridge treated Rosie with such respect and kindness. When Ernest (a staff member at Rainbow Bridge) picked Rosie up from our house, he let my sister carry her outside, and he put Rosie in the front seat of his car next to him, which meant the world to us. The next day when we arrived at Rainbow Bridge, Rosie was lovingly placed out with her blanket for us to say goodbye. Rainbow Bridge gave us far more time than we expected to say goodbye, and even let my sister carry her to her final resting place. Then the staff at Rainbow Bridge spent a great deal of time and effort making sure that our family had the nicest urn with Rosie's photo on it, and filled tiny necklace urns with Rosie's ashes for us. Our family misses Rosie so much, but the funeral she had at Rainbow Bridge was better than we could have ever possibly imagined. 家有9狗狗，心心係最細小可愛的小公主，亦是第一個踏上彩虹橋的家庭成員。心心於2019年証實患上膀胱癌至2021年2月27日巳較預期活多近一年，我們一直不想面對與BB離別，不提不問善終服務，直至一天在獸醫診所見到有服務公司帶來透明膠盒內有毛巾，心知一定是接離世的小朋友。但...這不是我們所喜歡的？！同時另一狗主人提及非常滿意剛採用的「彩虹橋」！十天後，我們終於要面對現實了，心心離開前兩天我含淚打電話向彩虹橋查詢，工作人員友善親切誠懇的態度令我很安心。隨後的每一步都萬分满意：
江小姐及CS同事禮貌周周詳細地講解整個安排及跟進事項；
黄先生快捷到家並細心地為心心蓋上毛巾後，送心心到彩虹橋冷藏；
Helen當天仔細介紹流程及妥善安排；
師傅專業替心心早上洗白白，穿上我們挑選的紗裙，好乾淨好舒泰，毛髮鬆軟，心心像平時瞓覺一樣！甜甜的！
時間好充裕，我們按下火化掣鈕，送別最愛最愛的心心小公主！我們留下幾片小骨頭製作飾物及裝飾品，希望心心時刻與我們同在！
心心靚靚的骨灰盅亦帶回家了！大家好安心好釋懷，一切好好，百分百滿意，衷心感激「彩虹橋」專業親切妥善的安排！

Before Barneenee was alive, I provided him the best in every aspect, and let his passed away, it was time to let go. I have decided not to attend the cremation, and the ashes will be placed in your garden as a nourishment for the flowers and plants. I used Rainbow Bridge Pet Cremation Services to help me take him into the second world because I believe they will take good care of him. Please take good care of him, so that you can enter this new stage with dignity and comfort. Please tell him "It's time for your mother to let go, but I will always love you". Thank you.

They were very respectful and professional with their services which I was very grateful for when I was dealing with the sudden loss of my cat. They also gave my cat a heartwarming and comfortable service before cremation and I cannot thank them enough for it, especially in times of need. I miss my bb a lot but I'm glad to have been able to offer her a good end :')

Thank you Rainbow Bridge for taking care of Ding Ding's body. Ding Ding sleeps peacefully on the bed and on the bed. It is very comforting for us to see it. The Rainbow Bridge staff are very caring and they kept me informed for the whole process. I also need to thank Rainbow Bridge for understanding my struggle and comfort me before deciding to let go of my  pet. Thanks to  Rainbow Bridge, so that Ding Ding can rest in a place full of love and in natural atmosphere.

I love my Little Bear so much 🐻. 24/12/2020, He has been with me for 12 years, and one day he has left quietly. I sincerely thank the staff of Rainbow Bridge for picking him up from my home. He is so caring. He arranged a room for my family to say goodbye to him. They've  arranged the whole process very well, my little 🐻 sleeps peacefully on the bed, covered by a soft quilt with scented fragrance. Although I am not willing to let go, the process took place on a peacefully on a Christmas Eve, and the staff  were very patient and helpful. I'm so grateful. Thank you very much 🙏🏻

There are three cute little furry dogs kept in Rainbow Bridge, which lessened the sorrow of the visitors . They provide a  comfortable and peaceful place for furry kids after their death, it is worth recommending to everyone.

The  staff are polite and has a good attitude, my pet was cleaned and groomed when I saw it , and they also provide free pick up services to and from West Rail Station to their crematorium.

At the end of February, coffee suddenly passed away in the vet clinic
I did not want to keep it in storage for one week before cremation.
My friend introduced me to Rainbow Bridge Pet Cremation Services. On the second day, they went directly to the clinic to pick Coffee body up and arrange the  cremation for me straight away.
I can pick up coffee's remains on the same day.

Thanks to Rainbow Bridge for taking care of our dog Ah Mon, so that he can go to Rainbow Bridge peacefully. The staff are compassionate and loving,  They even send a condolence card to me, unexpected.

The staff are so careful and delicate when taking care of your pet. I was not able to decide which piece of bone cremains for keepsakes, they told me that I could keep all of them. They've picked some teeth, tiny bone piece cremains for me to commemorate at the end.

Rainbow Bridge Pet Cremation Service, from picking up my rabbit from the clinic, to the arrangement of the farewell room, the quilt and pillows where the remains of the rabbits are placed, the process of individual cremation and subsequent procedures, transportation arrangements, etc. We can rest assured, and the staff respects all animal remains, treats others politely, and understands our reluctance to let go, giving us enough time to say goodbye.

Very efficient and proper.
When I went to the farewell room, I saw the Doudou was placed in a bed with pillows and blanket. The body was very neat and clean, and the hair was neatly groomed, as if it was just asleep, which made my family and I feel full of comfort. While waiting for the cremation process, you can also visit the small zoo next to it. There are some animals and exotic animals, such as owls, foxes, black grass sheep, guinea pigs, and 🐱🐶 are all adopted.
It does not feel commercial, but it just feel kind and friendly ❤️!
Here, I would like to thank the Rainbow Bridge staff again for driving us to and fro West Rail Station, Mr. Luk, the staff  in charge of cremation, and picking the ashes 🙇🏻‍♀️ They helped my Doudou step onto the most beautiful Rainbow Bridge🌈

The staff are very kind, and I feel that they really love and care about animals.
The warmest thing is that one of the staff gently picked up the cremain bones of my furry baby after the cremation with his bare hands, which can make the owner feel comfortable and relieved!

妹妹走得好急，係我唔係香港時間走左，好傷心💔好遺憾見唔到佢。婆婆同哥哥選擇左彩虹橋，好鍾意個名，而且唔係喺工廠大廈，一個空氣清新，滿滿太陽🌞溫暖，又有其他動物既大自然環境。揸車哥哥好溫柔，安靜咁係西鐵站車我地入去，去到比時間我地陪下妹妹，有個大哥哥好似抱bb咁抱起妹妹，帶佢去彩虹橋🌈，我靜靜地望下周圍好多藍天白雲，個人開始釋懷，望住d煙，不捨得，但感覺嗰度好舒服，最後我偷望一個後生哥哥，執佢d骨骨，好溫柔咁執出黎，並唔係當佢死物。我心頭大石終於放下。我選擇左將佢d 灰灰自己撒。放左d係大樹🌳撒左個心形🧡再加d係小樹苗🌱旁邊，妹妹妹幸幸福咁去大草原奔跑。最後哥哥車我地走，仲叫我地得閒去探bubu 好窩心💞。多謝彩虹橋🌈三位哥哥
