Rainbow Bridge Pet Cremation Service Ltd. was established in 2011 and has been with the pet owners and pets for ten years. Unlike other cremation companies, we will only provide individual cremation services regardless of whether the owner would like to keeps their pet’s cremains or not. This means that every pet is respected and cared for at all times. Because we believe that pets are part of our family and our most true relatives.
“Rainbow Bridge” provides a one-stop hospice service, with a 24-hour hotline, from the collection of remains, refrigeration, cremation, and ashes disposal, all professional teams have thoughtful arrangements to ensure that the best farewell ceremony can be arranged for the host and pet. When attending the cremation, you can bid farewell to your pet in the “Rainbow Memorial Room” and watch the entire cremation process through a large glass window.
Rainbow Bridge
Just this side of heaven is a place called Rainbow Bridge.
When an animal dies that has been especially close to someone here, that pet goes to Rainbow Bridge. There are meadows and hills for all of our special friends so they can run and play together. There is plenty of food, water and sunshine, and our friends are warm and comfortable.
All the animals who had been ill and old are restored to health and vigor. Those who were hurt or maimed are made whole and strong again, just as we remember them in our dreams of days and times gone by. The animals are happy and content, except for one small thing; they each miss someone very special to them, who had to be left behind.
They all run and play together, but the day comes when one suddenly stops and looks into the distance. His bright eyes are intent. His eager body quivers. Suddenly he begins to run from the group, flying over the green grass, his legs carrying him faster and faster.
You have been spotted, and when you and your special friend finally meet, you cling together in joyous reunion, never to be parted again. The happy kisses rain upon your face; your hands again caress the beloved head, and you look once more into the trusting eyes of your pet, so long gone from your life but never absent from your heart.

We accompany the owner to provide a comprehensive cremation service for their pet, and sincerely care for the pet and the owner's needs through support and communication.
Our Vision
We have cooperation with many animal protection organisations, providing cremation services to shelters or stray animals at a discounted price closed to cost, reducing their financial burden and enable them to put more resources to improve the quality of life for those animals in shelters. We committed to protect animal rights in Hong Kong and we support them by giving back.

Our Animal Friends
Curry
The black goat curry was originally raised by the owner of a neighbourhood farm. His mother had to go to the vet clinic for an emergency surgery during the delivery of the Curry. But unfortunately, the farm owner was unable to pay for the medical expenses and had to leave Curry in the veterinary clinic. The vet clinic decided to give Curry away to Rainbow Bridge as they are not able to keep her. Curry likes hay, vegetables and fruits, he is friendly to humans. It also wags its tail like a dog. You are welcome to pay and pat him.
Cornwell
Cornwell was originally a stray dog. Our staff found and adopted her in Cornwell Garden. Since then, she has become a dog guarding the Rainbow Bridge. Cornwell is gentle and brave, and he is always welcoming and waging tails when he sees people.
Lun Mo
The owner of Lun Mo abandoned her at the Pet Elements Animal Hospital Animal. The Veterinarian of the clinic decided to let her live the Rainbow Bridge which has a large place and a better environment. Since then, she has become a dog guarding the Rainbow Bridge. Lun Mo is timid and gentle, she likes all kind of snacks and enjoy having an afternoon snooze.
Sulcata Tortoise
There are twelve Sulcata Tortoise in the Rainbow Bridge. Their lifespan is about 50-150 years, and they can grow fast, reaching 60-90 centimeters in adulthood. Please think twice when buying them and support adoption instead of purchase.
Milk Tea
Milk tea is a barn owl born in Rainbow Bridge. Barn owls are the most widely distributed owl species. They eat a lot and able to consume seven white mice overnight. Our owl are domesticated, and you can have them stand on your arm for a photo.
Guinea Pig
Rainbow Bridge has adopted ten to twenty guinea pigs. They are gentle, easy to take care of, and each of their hairs have their own styles. If you are interested in taking them home, you can apply to us for adoption.
Chui Choi
In 2018, Typhoon Mangosteen struck Hong Kong and "Chui Choi" was rescued by the staff of Rainbow Bridge. Since then, she has lived in Rainbow Bridge, helping as our receptionist to serves our customers or begging to be rubbed by our customers every day.

I love my Little Bear so much 🐻. 24/12/2020, He has been with me for 12 years, and one day he has left quietly. I sincerely thank the staff of Rainbow Bridge for picking him up from my home. He is so caring. He arranged a room for my family to say goodbye to him. There are three cute little furry dogs kept in Rainbow Bridge, which lessened the sorrow of the visitors . They provide a comfortable and peaceful place for furry kids after their death, it is worth recommending to everyone.

At the end of February, coffee suddenly passed away in the vet clinic
I did not want to keep it in storage for one week before cremation.
My friend introduced me to Rainbow Bridge Pet Cremation Services. On the second day, they went directly to the clinic to pick Coffee body up and arrange the cremation for me straight away.

Rainbow Bridge Pet Cremation Service, from picking up my rabbit from the clinic, to the arrangement of the farewell room, the quilt and pillows where the remains of the rabbits are placed, the process of individual cremation and subsequent procedures, transportation arrangements, etc. We can rest assured, and the staff respects all animal remains, treats others politely, and understands our reluctance to let go, giving us enough time to say goodbye.

When I went to the farewell room, I saw the Doudou was placed in a bed with pillows and blanket. The body was very neat and clean, and the hair was neatly groomed, as if it was just asleep, which made my family and I feel full of comfort. While waiting for the cremation process, you can also visit the small zoo next to it. There are some animals and exotic animals, such as owls, foxes, black grass sheep, guinea pigs, and 🐱🐶 are all adopted.
It does not feel commercial, but it just feel kind and friendly ❤️!

Frequently Ask Questions
Do you accept any type of pets?
We will accept small pets weighing less than 70 pounds regardless the types of pets such as cats, dogs, rabbits and hamsters.
What are the charges for individual cremation?
Our services fee varies based on the weight of your pet. The fee includes transportation for the remains, basic cleaning and disinfection of the remains, ceremonies, cremation and ceramic urns.
What will you do after you receive the remains of my pet?
After receiving the pet, we will perform basic cleaning and disinfection for it, and keep it in our cold storage.
What should I wear when attending the cremation?
Except for some religious reasons, we can just wear ordinary clothes, but try to avoid wearing flashy clothes.
I hope to hold a cremation ceremony for my pet as soon as possible. Can I hold a cremation on the same day?
Yes, as long as there is a vacant slot on that day, we can hold a cremation ceremony on the same day.
Will my pet's body undergo basic cleaning after it is received?
After receiving the pet, we will perform basic cleaning and disinfection for it, and keep it in our cold storage.
My pet passed away at the veterinary clinic, can you receive it in the clinic?
We can receive your pet’s remains at home or all veterinary clinics in Hong Kong.
